Developing the creativity of prison staff and innovation in prisons (Group and Tutored)


Description
This course aims to increase the prison staff’s readiness to understand, mobilize and manage a more efficient educational environment in prisons. In this training, the participant acquires knowledge about innovation. Moreover,
participants will identify the suitable tools to generate new ideas and turn them into pilot actions. We will challenge trainees to apply knowledge, skills and tools throughout a complete process, including identifying opportunities for innovation, generating an idea, turning that idea into an initiative, creating the pilot plan and measuring the degree of innovation added.

Estimated duration: 5h per week, for 18 weeks.

Who should attend?
• Prison staff (top and middle management, reintegration and education staff, Prison officers, teachers, trainers, administrative or assistant staff)

Training modality
• Live online sessions with a trainer, self-study and "on the job" project/activities

Pre-requisites
• A minimum of 20 participants is required to start this course. We will make sure the groups are formed accordingly once the 20 enrolled trainees are reached.
